Wear this for your run

• Cap

  A cap with a visor keeps the sun and rain out of your face.

• Gloves

  Thin gloves provide some warmth on colder days.

• Long Sleeve Shirt

  Staying a little warmer in cooler weather. Technical fabrics are best.

• Vest

  Keep your core warm and dry, especially on windy or rainy days.

• Shorts

  Something light with a built-in liner. Avoid cotton or heavy fabrics.

• Reflective Gear

  You're much harder to see at night than you think! Make sure you are especially visible if you're running on or near roads.

• ID

  Keep some ID on you in case the worst happens. Something that lists any health issues is better!
