  A cap with a visor keeps the sun and rain out of your face.

• Sunglasses

  Protect your eyes from the sun.

• Singlet

  A loose fitting singlet or sleeveless shirt will keep you comfortable on extra hot days.

• Shorts

  Something light with a built-in liner. Avoid cotton or heavy fabrics.

• Sunscreen

  Ideally 30 SPF or higher.

• ID

  Keep some ID on you in case the worst happens. Something that lists any health issues is better!
